Refrigeration System for 25 Cubic Meters Negative Temperature Rooms

Description

Achievable temperature inside the room: -18 to -20°C.

Components:

1. Air Cooler Unit with a minimum cooling capacity of 2500 W at an evaporation temperature of -25°C. Dimensions: 1000 x 550 x 500 mm. Equipped with two electric fan motors, featuring a 315 mm blade diameter, powered by a 230V / 50 Hz supply, with a rotation speed of 1440 RPM. The fan model is EBM or a similar one. Includes a thermostatic expansion valve with Danfoss equalization, featuring a 2 or 3-ton orifice, and 150 mm ceiling-mounting bolts. The air cooler is also equipped with four defrost heating elements, each with a minimum power output of 1000 W.

2. Metal or ABS (upon request) control panel, featuring an Eliwell controller from the IDplus 9xx series or Pego 200 Expert. Equipped with 16 A relays/contactors, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, phase loss protection, and phase sequence monitoring (for three-phase units). Contains two NTC sensors for monitoring room and coil temperature (for defrost and ventilation control).

3. Condensing Unit equipped with a hermetic compressor with a minimum cooling capacity of 2500 W at an evaporation temperature of -25°C. Includes an air-cooled condenser, a minimum 4-liter receiver, a differential pressure switch, a 250 g filter drier with 3/8" connections, and an electrical connection box. Available in both single-phase and three-phase versions. Compressor types include Copeland Scroll, Tecumseh, or semi-hermetic Bitzer, Dorin, and Gea Bock. Energy efficiency class A, with a maximum power consumption of 2000 W. Upon request and for an additional cost, it can be equipped with a liquid separator, oil separator, heat recovery unit, or delivered in a silent, enclosed version.

4. Refrigeration Line (4 meters long); includes copper pipes 3/8" and 3/4" (equivalent to 10 mm and 19 mm), insulated suction pipe, drain tube, insulation jacketing, electrical cables, flare nuts, and insulation for the drain tube.

Given the ability of Danfoss, Copeland, and Tecumseh compressors to operate effectively across a wide pressure range, this system is also suitable for refrigeration rooms of up to 55 cubic meters.
