Description

Achievable temperature inside the room: -18 to -20°C.

Components:

1. Air cooler unit with a minimum cooling capacity of 3500 W at -25°C evaporation temperature, dimensions 1000 x 500 x 450 mm, equipped with two electric fan motors, with a blade diameter of 315 mm, powered by 230V / 50 Hz, 1440 RPM. Models EBM, S&P, or Ziehl Abegg. Thermostatic Expansion Valve (TEV) with Sporlan equalization, with a 2 or 3-ton orifice size, and 150 mm ceiling mounting studs. The air cooler is fitted with four defrost heating elements, each with a minimum power of 1200 W.

2. Metallic or ABS (upon request) Evco or Eliwell automation panel, with a controller from the IDplus 9xx series, equipped with 16 A relays/contactors, and protective elements for overvoltage, overcurrent, phase loss, and phase sequence (for three-phase units). It includes two NTC sensors for measuring room and coil temperature (for defrost and ventilation control).

3. Condensing Unit equipped with a hermetic compressor providing a minimum cooling capacity of 3500 W at -25°C evaporation temperature. It includes an air-cooled condenser, a minimum 6-liter receiver, a differential pressure switch, a 250 g drier filter with a 3/8" connection, and an electrical connections box. Available in single-phase or three-phase versions. Types of hermetic compressors include: Copeland Scroll, Tecumseh, or semi-hermetic Bitzer, Bock, Dorin. Energy class A, with a maximum power consumption of 3000 W. Upon request, and at an additional cost, it can be equipped with a liquid separator, oil separator, heat recovery unit, or delivered in a silent, encased version.

4. 4 m Refrigeration Line, copper pipes 3/8" and 3/4" (10 and 19 mm), insulation for suction pipes, drain pipe, PVC jacketing, electrical cables, flare nuts, heating element, and insulation for the drain pipe.

Given the operational flexibility across a broad range of pressures for Bristol, Copeland, and Tecumseh compressors, this system is also suitable for refrigeration rooms with capacities of up to 75 cubic meters.
