Components:

Freezer Air Cooler

• Minimum cooling capacity: 7,350 W at an evaporation temperature of -25°C.
• Dimensions: 1500 x 600 x 550 mm.
• Equipped with two electric fan motors, 400 mm blade diameter, powered at 230V / 50 Hz, 1440 RPM, model EBM.
• Thermostatic expansion valve with external Danfoss equalization, 5 or 6-ton orifice size, and 150 mm ceiling mounting studs.
• The air cooler includes four defrost heating elements, each with a minimum power output of 1,500 W.

Automation Control Panel

• Available in metal or ABS (upon request), equipped with an Eliwell IDplus 9xx series controller.
• Includes 25 A relays/contactors, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, phase loss protection, and phase sequence control (for three-phase systems).
• Comes with two NTC sensors: one for room temperature and one for coil monitoring (defrost and ventilation control).

Condensing Unit

• Equipped with a hermetic compressor, with a minimum cooling capacity of 6,500 W at an evaporation temperature of -25°C.
• Includes an air-cooled condenser coil, a minimum 10-liter liquid receiver, differential pressure switch, 465-gram filter drier with 5/8" connections, and an electrical junction box.
• Available in a three-phase version.
• Hermetic compressor brands: Copeland Scroll, Tecumseh, Sanyo, Toshiba, or semi-hermetic compressors from Bitzer, Frascold.
• Energy efficiency class A. Maximum electrical power consumption: 4,500 W.
• Upon request and for an additional cost, the unit can be equipped with a liquid separator, oil separator, heat recovery unit, or delivered in a quiet, enclosed version.

Refrigeration Line

• 4 meters of copper piping: 3/8" (10 mm) and 3/4" (19 mm).
• Includes suction line insulation, drain tubing, jacketing (tape-wrapped), electrical cables, flare nuts, heating element, and insulation for the drain tube.

Achievable room temperature: -18°C to -20°C.

Installation labor cost: 6,950 RON.

Condition: All products are new.

System warranty: 24 months.

Due to the broad operating pressure range of the Copeland, Bristol, and Tecumseh compressors, this system is also suitable for cold rooms with capacities of up to 125 cubic meters.
