Refrigeration System for a 15 Cubic Meter Cold Room

Description

Achievable temperature inside the room: +2 to +6°C.

Components:

1. Air Cooler Unit with a minimum cooling capacity of 1650 W at an evaporation temperature of -10°C. Dimensions: 600 x 500 x 450 mm. Equipped with an electric fan motor featuring a 315 mm blade diameter, powered by a 230V / 50 Hz supply, with a rotation speed of 1440 RPM. The fan model is EBM or a similar one. Includes a thermostatic expansion valve with Danfoss equalization, featuring a 2-ton orifice, and 150 mm ceiling-mounting bolts. The air cooler is also equipped with defrost heating elements with a minimum power output of 1200 W.

2. Metal or ABS (upon request) control panel, featuring an Eliwell controller from the IDplus 9xx series. Equipped with 16 A relays/contactors, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, phase loss protection, and phase sequence monitoring (for three-phase units). Contains two NTC probes for monitoring room and coil temperature (for defrost and ventilation control).

3. Condensing Unit equipped with a hermetic compressor with a minimum cooling capacity of 1450 W at an evaporation temperature of -10°C. Includes an air-cooled condenser, a minimum 1.5-liter receiver, a differential pressure switch (at least for low-pressure control), a 250 g filter drier with 3/8" connections, and an electrical junction box. Available in both single-phase and three-phase versions. Compressor types include Tecumseh, Aspera, and Hitachi. Energy efficiency class A, with a maximum power consumption of 1000 W.

4. 3 m Refrigeration Line, copper pipes 3/8" and 5/8", (10 mm and 15 mm), insulated suction pipe, drain tube, PVC jacketing, electrical cables, and flare nuts.
