Description

A refrigeration system designed for freezer storage facilities with a maximum capacity of 600 cubic meters, consisting of:

Two SC3 Air Coolers

• Minimum cooling capacity: 27,500 W at -25°C evaporation temperature.
• Dimensions: 2600 x 670 x 590 mm.
• Equipped with three electric fan motors with a 500 mm blade diameter.
• Power supply: 400V / 50 Hz, 1440 RPM.
• Model: Ziehl Abegg or Weiguang.
• Thermostatic expansion valve with Emerson Alco equalization, with a 20-ton orifice, and 250 mm ceiling mounting bolts.
• Each air cooler is equipped with six defrost heating elements, with a minimum power of 1500 W each.

Automation Control Panel

• Brand: Eliwell, with a controller from the IDplus 974 series.
• Features: 50 A relays/contactors, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, phase loss detection, and phase sequence monitoring.
• Contains two NTC sensors for monitoring room and coil temperature (defrost and ventilation control).

Condensing Unit

• Equipped with a semi-hermetic compressor providing a minimum cooling capacity of 50 kW at -25°C evaporation temperature.
• Features an oversized air-cooled condenser, a minimum 28-liter receiver, oil differential pressure switch, dual pressure switch, and a 850 g filter drier with a 1+1/8" connection.
• Electrical connection box included.
• Available only in a three-phase version.
• Compressor types: Bitzer or Gea Bock.
• Energy class: A, with a maximum power consumption of 35 kW.

Refrigeration Line:

• Maximum length: 6 m.
• Copper pipes: 1+1/8" and 2+1/8" (28 mm and 54 mm).
• Insulation for suction pipe, insulated drain pipe with defrost heater, jacketing, electrical cables, and all necessary installation accessories.
