Description

Components:

1. Gea Kuba air cooler with a minimum cooling capacity of 5000 W, dimensions 1400 x 600 x 500 mm, equipped with two electric fan motors with a 350 mm blade diameter, powered by 230V / 50 Hz, 1440 RPM, model EBM, thermostatic expansion valve (TEV) with Danfoss equalization, orifice no. 4 or 5, and 180 mm ceiling mounting studs. The air cooler is equipped with four defrost heating elements, each with a minimum power of 1000 W.

2. Control Panel: PEGO automation control panel with an XR60 series controller, equipped with 20 A relays/contactors, protective elements for overvoltage, overcurrent, phase loss, and phase sequence (for three-phase units). It contains two NTC temperature sensors for the room and coil temperature (for defrost and ventilation control).

3. Condensing Unit: Equipped with a 5HP encapsulated compressor with a minimum cooling capacity of 5000 W at an evaporating temperature of -25 degrees Celsius. It includes an air-cooled condenser, a minimum 6-liter receiver, a differential pressure switch, a 250 g filter drier with a 1/2" connection, and an electrical connections box. Available in a three-phase configuration. Types of encapsulated compressors: Sanyo, Copeland Scroll, Tecumseh, or semi-encapsulated: Bitzer, Bock, Dorin. Energy class A, maximum electrical power input 4500 W. Upon request and at additional cost, it can be equipped with a liquid separator, oil separator, or can be delivered in a quiet, encased version for 1890 RON.

4. Refrigeration Line: 4 m of copper pipes (1/2" and 3/4" - 12 mm and 19 mm), insulation for suction pipes, drain tube, jacketing, electrical cables, flare nuts, heater, and drain pipe insulation.

Achievable temperature inside the room : -18 to -20 °C.

Installation labor cost: 5750 RON + VAT.

System warranty: 24 months.

Given the extensive operating pressure range of the Copeland, Bristol, and Tecumseh compressors, this system is suitable for refrigeration rooms of up to 100 cubic meters. The brands listed in the description may be replaced with other similar products based on stock availability.
