Description

Components:

Air cooler

• Minimum cooling capacity of 7500 W at -25 degrees Celsius,
• Dimensions 1500 x 600 x 550 mm,
• Equipped with two electric fan motors with a 400 mm blade diameter, powered by 230V / 50 Hz,1440 RPM, model EBM or a similar one.
• Includes a thermostatic expansion valve with Danfoss equalization, with orifice sizes of 5 or 6 tons, and 150mm ceiling-mounting studs.
• Equipped with four defrost heating elements, each with a minimum power of 1500 W.

Control Panel

• Metal or ABS (upon request),
• Eliwell with a controller from the IDplus 9xx series.
• Features 25A relays/contactors, and protection elements for overvoltage, overcurrent, phase loss, and phase sequence (for three-phase units).
• Contains two NTC sensors for monitoring the room and coil temperature (defrost and ventilation control).

Condensing Unit

• Equipped with a hermetic compressor with a minimum cooling capacity of 7500 W at -25 degrees Celsius evaporation temperature.
• Includes an oversized air-cooled condenser, a minimum 10-liter receiver, a differential pressure switch, a 465 g filter drier with a 5/8" connection, and an electrical connection box.
• Available in three-phase options. Types of hermetic compressors include Copeland Scroll, Tecumseh, Sanyo, Toshiba, or semi-hermetic Bitzer and Frascold.
• Energy efficiency class A, with a maximum power consumption of 5500 W.
• Upon request and at an additional cost, it can be equipped with a liquid separator, oil separator, heat recovery unit, or delivered in a quiet, enclosed version.

Refrigeration Line:

• 4 m of copper pipes, 1/2" and 7/8" (12 mm and 22 mm),
• Insulation for the suction line, drain tube, insulation jacketing, electrical cables, flare nuts, heating element, and insulation for the drain tube.

Achieved temperature inside the room: -18...-20°C.
