Freezing System for a 100 Cubic Meter Freezer Room

Description

The system is designed to sustain temperatures between -18 and -20°C in the storage area, accommodating up to 22.5 tons of frozen goods, with a 10-ton daily turnover.

Components:

Air cooler

• Cooling capacity: 10,500 W (SC3)
• Dimensions: 2200 x 640 x 600 mm
• Equipped with at least two electric fan motors, each with a 450 mm blade diameter
• Power supply: 230V / 50 Hz, 1440 RPM, Soler Palau model
• Termostatic expansion valve with Danfoss equalization, No. 6 orifice
• Ceiling mounting studs: 180 mm
• The air cooler includes four defrost heating elements, each with a power output of 1350 W.

Automation Control Panel

• Pego 300 Expert automation system
• Equipped with 25 A relays/contactors
• Includes protection features for overvoltage, overcurrent, phase loss, and phase sequence (for scroll-type three-phase compressors)
• Two NTC sensors for monitoring the room and coil temperature (for defrost and ventilation control).

Condensing Unit

• Equipped with either a semi-hermetic or hermetic compressor
• Features an oversized air-cooled condenser, minimum 8-liter liquid receiver, differential pressure switch, 650 g filter drier with 5/8" connections, and an electrical connection box

Refrigeration Line
