Refrigeration System for a 10 Cubic Meter Freezer Room

Description

Refrigeration system for freezer rooms with a volume of 5 to 10 cubic meters.

Achievable temperature inside the room: -18 to -20°C.

Components:

1. Ventilated Air Cooler with a minimum cooling capacity of 1150 W at an evaporation temperature of -25°C. Dimensions: 600 x 500 x 450 mm. Equipped with an electric fan motor with a 315 mm blade diameter, powered by a 230V / 50 Hz supply, with a rotation speed of 1440 RPM. The fan model is S&P or a similar one. Includes a Sporlan thermostatic expansion valve with a No.2 orifice size and 150 mm ceiling-mounting bolts. The air cooler is equipped with three defrost heating elements, each with a minimum power output of 1000 W.

2. Metal or ABS (upon request) control panel featuring an Eliwell controller from the IDplus 9xx series. Equipped with 16 A relays/contactors, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, phase loss protection, and phase sequence monitoring (for three-phase units). Contains two NTC sensors for monitoring room and coil temperature (for defrost and ventilation control).

3. Condensing Unit equipped with a hermetic compressor with a minimum cooling capacity of 1150 W at an evaporation temperature of -25°C. Includes an air-cooled condenser, a minimum 3-liter receiver, a differential pressure switch, a 250 g filter drier with 3/8" connections, and an electrical junction box. Available in both single-phase and three-phase versions. Compressor types include Tecumseh, Aspera, and Bitzer. Energy efficiency class A, with a maximum power consumption of 1500 W. Upon request and at an additional cost, it can be equipped with a liquid separator, oil separator, heat recovery unit, or can be delivered in a silent, encased version.

4. 4m Refrigeration Line, copper pipes 3/8" and 5/8" (10 mm and 15 mm), insulated suction pipe, drain tube, PVC jacketing, electrical cables, flare nuts, and insulation for the drain tube.

Installation, startup, and tests are not included in the price. Cost for installation, start-up, and testing: 4,000 RON + VAT.
