Freezing System for a 300 Cubic Meter Freezer Room

Description

Achievable temperature inside the room: -18°C to -20°C.

This system is designed to serve a freezer room with a maximum usable volume of 300 cubic meters, suitable for storing up to 55 tons of frozen products, with a daily stock shift of up to 25 tons.

Components:

Air cooler:

• Cooling capacity: 24,500 W (model SC3).
• Dimensions: 2900 x 640 x 650 mm.
• Equipped with minimum three electric fan motors, each with a 500 mm blade diameter.
• Powered by 230V / 50 Hz, 1440 RPM.
• Thermostatic expansion valve with Parker equalization, 12-ton capacity, and 180 mm ceiling mounting studs.
• Includes five 2250 W defrost heating elements.

Automation Control Panel

• Automation panel with 38 A relays/contactors.
• Features protection against overvoltage, overcurrent, phase loss, and phase sequence (for three-phase systems with scroll compressors).
• Equipped with two NTC sensors for monitoring room and coil temperature (defrost and ventilation control).

Condensing Unit:

• Fitted with a semi-hermetic compressor providing 24,500 W cooling capacity at an evaporation temperature of -25°C.
• Contains a high-efficiency condenser, a minimum 16-liter liquid receiver, dual differential pressure switch, 850 g filter drier with 7/8" connections, and an electrical junction box.
• Available only in a three-phase configuration.
• Compressor types: semi-hermetic Dorin, Bock, Bitzer.
• Energy efficiency class A, with a maximum power consumption of 14,500 W.
• Optional: for an additional cost it can be equipped with: liquid separator, oil separator, or heat recovery unit.

Refrigeration Line:

• Maximum length: 4 meters, with copper pipes of 22 mm and 35 mm diameters.
• Includes suction line insulation, drain tubing, jacketing (tape-wrapped), electrical cables, flare nuts, heating element, and drain pipe insulation.

Condition: All components are new.

System warranty: 24 months.
