Freezing System for a 225 Cubic Meter Freezer Room

Description

Achievable temperature inside the room: -18 to -20 °C

This system can serve a freezer room with a maximum usable volume of 200 cubic meters, capable of storing 45 tons of frozen products, with a maximum stock shift of 15 tons per day.

Components:

1. Air cooler unit with a cooling capacity of 19,500 W (model SC3), dimensions 2900 x 640 x 650 mm. This unit is equipped with minimum three electric fan motors, each with a 450 mm blade diameter, and operates on a power supply of 230V / 50 Hz at 1440 RPM made by Ziehl Abegg. It features a thermostatic expansion valve with Parker equalization, 10-ton capacity, and it includes 180 mm ceiling mounting studs. The air cooler is fitted with four defrost heating elements, each providing 1650 W of power.

2. Control Panel: Pego 400 Expert, equipped with 32 A relays/contactors, protective elements for overvoltage, overcurrent, phase loss, and phase sequence (for three-phase systems with scroll-type compressors). Contains two NTC sensors for monitoring room and coil temperature (defrost and ventilation control).

3. Condensing Unit: Equipped with a semi-hermetic or hermetic compressor with a cooling capacity of 19,500 W at an evaporation temperature of -25 °C. Includes an electric motor fan, a receiver with a minimum10-liter capacity, a differential pressure switch, a 650 g filter drier with a 5/8" connection, and an electrical connection box. Available only in a three-phase version. Compressor types include Copeland Scroll tandem, Bristol, or semi-hermetic models from Dorin, Bitzer, or GEA Bock. Energy class A, with an power consumption of 9,500 W. Optional equipment (at an additional cost) may include a liquid separator, oil separator, or heat recovery unit.

 4. Refrigeration Line: 4 m, with 5/8" and 1" (16 and 28 mm) copper pipes, insulation for the suction line, drain tube, jacketing, electrical cables, flare nuts, defrost heating element, and insulation for the drain tube.

Condition: All components are new. 

The price does not include delivery, installation, commissioning, or tests.

System warranty: 24 months.

Due to the extensive operating pressure range of Dorin and Copeland compressors, this system is capable of efficiently serving a refrigeration cold room of up to 400 cubic meters.

An option with a refurbished compressor and 12-month warranty is also available for only 40,350 RON + VAT. Subject to stock availability.
