Components:

Freezer Air Cooler Unit

• Minimum cooling capacity: 14,500 W at -25°C evaporation temperature
• Dimensions: 2500 x 650 x 600 mm
• Equipped with minimum two electric fan motors, each with a 450 mm blade diameter
• Power supply: 230V / 50 Hz, 1440 RPM, EBM or an equivalent model
• Thermostatic expansion valve with Parker equalization, No. 10 orifice
• Ceiling mounting studs: 180 mm
• The air cooler includes four defrost heating elements, each with a minimum power output of 2,000 W.

Control Panel

• Available in either metal or ABS (upon request)
• Eliwell controller from the IDplus 9xx series
• Equipped with 40 A relays/contactors
• Features overvoltage, overcurrent, phase loss, and phase sequence protection (for three-phase units)
• Includes two NTC sensors for monitoring room and coil temperature (defrost and ventilation control).

Condensing Unit

• Equipped with a hermetic compressor with a minimum cooling capacity of 12,500 W at -25°C refrigerant temperature
• Includes an oversized air-cooled condenser, minimum 12-liter liquid receiver, differential pressure switch, 650 g filter drier with 7/8" connections, and an electrical connection box
• Available in a three-phase configuration
• Compressor types: Copeland Scroll or semi-hermetic Frascold
• Energy efficiency class: A
• Maximum power consumption: 9,500 W.
• Upon request, it can be equipped with a liquid separator, oil separator, or heat recovery unit at an additional cost.  

Refrigeration Line:

• 4 meters of copper pipes 5/8" and 1" (16 mm and 28 mm)
• Includes suction line insulation, drainage pipe, jacketing, electrical cables, flare nuts, heating element, and insulation for the drain pipe.

The price does not include delivery, installation, commissioning, or tests.

System warranty: 24 months.

Installation, commissioning, and testing services are available at an additional cost of 8,350 RON + VAT.

Due to the broad operating pressure range of the Bristol and Copeland compressors, this system can serve a refrigerattion room of up to 300 cubic meters.
