Description

A refrigeration system designed for refrigeration rooms with a maximum volume of 150 cubic meters, consisting of:

Refrigeration Air Cooler:

• Minimum cooling capacity: 14,500 W at -10°C.
• Dimensions: 1650 x 640 x 550 mm.
• Equipped with two electric fan motors with a 500 mm blade diameter.
• Power supply: 230V / 50 Hz, 1440 RPM.
• Thermostatic expansion valve with Danfoss equalization rated for 15 kW at -10°C and 180 mm ceiling mounting bolts.
• The fan is equipped with six defrost heating elements, each with a minimum power of 1100 W.

Automation Control Panel

• Material: metal or ABS (upon request).
• Brand: Eliwell with a controller from the IDplus 9xx series.
• Features: 25 A relays/contactors, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, phase loss detection, and phase sequence monitoring (for three-phase systems).
• Contains two NTC sensors for monitoring room and coil temperature (defrost and ventilation control).

Condensing Unit

• Equipped with a 7HP hermetic or semi-hermetic compressor providing a minimum cooling capacity of 14,500 W at -10°C evaporation temperature.
• Features an oversized air-cooled condenser, a minimum 10-liter receiver, a differential pressure switch (including low-pressure control), and a 650 g filter drier with a 1/2" connection.
• Electrical connection box included.
• Available in a three-phase version.
• Compressor types: Tecumseh, Copeland, Bristol, L'Unite Hermetique, Maneurop, Frascold, Gea Bock.
• Energy class: A, with a maximum power consumption of 6500 W.

Refrigeration Line

• Length: 4 m.
• Copper pipes: 1/2" and 7/8" (12 mm and 22 mm).
• Insulation for the suction pipe, insulated drain pipe, jacketing, electrical cables, flare nuts.

Achieved temperature inside the room: -2 to +10°C.
