Shock Freezer with internal dimensions of 3550 x 3550 x 2400 mm, made from sandwich panels for thermal insulation equipped with a condensing unit and a 7500W air cooler, -40°C, 400V, R404A refrigerant.

Achievable temperature: -32°C. Available in a -42°C version with a two-stage unit (+14,850 RON).

The freezer is built from 200mm thick polyurethane sandwich panels, with a smooth surface on both sides (walls and ceiling), includes a non-slip floor, and features an airtight 120mm thick cold room door with a thermal barrier. Usable door dimensions: 900x1950 mm. Other features include interior aluminum corner profiles, PVC skirting board, and external corners made from powder-coated sheet metal, max. 6 meters long refrigeration line.

The thermal insulation panels and PVC profiles (MPM Plast) used to cover the joints have technical approval for use in the food industry.

Electrical installation included: IP65 lamp, IP65 switch, automation control panel, specialized controls, and specialized safety protection.

It is designed for forced freezing of goods. For example, 1000 kg of wild mushrooms, entering at 30°C, can be brought down to -18°C (internal temperature of the product) within a maximum of 3 hours, for storage or delivery. Similarly, 10 mobile racks with 18 trays each, filled with pastry products, can be frozen in no more than 3 hours, reaching -18°C (internal temperature of the product), which halts enzymatic activity.

For an additional 6500 RON + VAT, the capacity can be upgraded to 35 cubic meters.
