Description
Professional-grade equipment.
Shock Freezer with external dimensions: 3850 x 2000 x 2650 mm, made from sandwich insulated panels, equipped with a condensing unit and air cooler, - 4500W/-40°C evaporation, 400V, using R404A refrigerant.
Internal temperature achieved: -32°C. Also available in a -42°C version with a two-stage condensing unit (+18,690 RON).
The sandwich insulated panels are made from polyurethane with a minimum thickness of 200mm (for walls and ceiling). The unit includes a non-slip floor, a 120mm thick airtight cold room door with thermal barrier, usable dimensions 900 x 1950 mm, aluminum internal corner profiles, PVC skirting board, and external corners made of powder-coated sheet metal, max. 4m long refrigeration line.
The insulated panels and PVC profiles used to cover joints and corners have technical approval for use in the food industry.
Electrical installation included: IP65 light, IP65 switch, automation control panel, controls, and protection.
Designed for rapid freezing of goods, for example: 700 kg of berries entering at 25°C will be brought down to -18°C (internal product temperature) within a maximum of three hours, ready for storage or delivery. Also, six mobile racks with 18 trays each of pastry products can be frozen simultaneously, also within three hours.
For an additional 9,500 RON + VAT, it can be upgraded to 18 m³.
Warranty: 24 months.

Pentru a obtine o diferenta de temperatura in produs de 78 grade Celsius in maxim o ora trebuie sa instalam pe tunelul de congelare de 10 mc un agregat de 20 Hp. Trebuie da asigurati un disponibil de putere electica de 16 Kw.
Pretul tunelului depaseste 11000 euro.
