Description

Industrial Shock Freezer external dimensions: 3150 x 1650 x 2650 mm, made from thermally insulated sandwich panels, equipped with a specially designed condensing unit for rapid freezing and specialized refrigeration air cooler, 3500W/-40°C evaporation, 400V, R404A.

Achievable temperature inside: -32 degrees Celsius. Also available in a -42 degrees Celsius version with a two-stage unit (+18,550 RON).

Thermally insulated wall panel with a minimum thickness of 150 mm (walls, ceiling), non-slip floor included, airtight refrigeration door with a thickness of 100 mm featuring a thermal barrier, clear dimensions 900 x 1950 mm, interior aluminum corner profiles, PVC skirting board, exterior corner profiles made of powder-coated sheet metal, max. 4 m long refrigeration line.

The PVC profiles used to cover joints and corners have technical approval for use in the food industry.

Electrical installation included: IP65 lamp, IP65 switch, automation control panel, controls, and protection devices.

The application achieves rapid freezing of goods. For example, 500 kg of berries entering at 25°C will be brought to -18°C (internal temperature of the product) within a maximum of three hours for storage or delivery. Four mobile shelves with 18 trays, each containing pastry products, can be frozen simultaneously, also within maximum three hours.

For only 9500 RON + VAT, the volume can be upgraded to 12 m³.
