Description

Shock Freezer (industrial freezer) with internal dimensions of 4300 x 6500 x 2400 mm, made from 80 mm thick polyurethane sandwich panels for thermal insulation, equipped with a condensing unit and two air coolers 10,000W/-35°C, 400V, R404A.

The temperature achieved inside the freezer : -32 degrees Celsius. A version that can achieve -42 degrees Celsius is also available, featuring a two-stage condensing unit, for an additional cost of 23,520 RON.

The freezer is made from 150 mm thick polyurethane sandwich panels for insulation (walls, ceiling), which includes a 100 mm thick non-slip floor, and an 100 mm thick hinged, airtight cold room door with a thermal barrier. The usable dimensions of the door are 1000 x 2000 mm. It features aluminum interior corner profiles, a skirting board, a PVC coving, exterior corners made of powder-coated metal. The refrigeration line is up to 4m long.

The insulation panels and PVC profiles made by MPM Plast used to cover the joints have technical approval for use in the food industry.

The electrical installation includes: 2 x IP65 lamps, an IP65 switch, an automated control panel, controls, and specialized protection.

The system enables forced freezing of products. For example, 2000 kg of wild mushrooms entering at 30°C will be brought down to -18°C (internal temperature of the product) within maximum of 3 hours for storage or delivery. 24 mobile racks with 18 trays each containing pastry products can be frozen within the same time frame, achieving -18°C (internal temperature of the product), effectively halting enzymatic activity.

For only 9500 RON + VAT, it can be upgraded to 75 m³.
