Shock Freezer with internal dimensions of 2500 x 3500 x 2400 mm, made from thermally insulated sandwich panels, equipped with a condensing unit and air cooler, 5500W/-40°C, 400V, R404A.

 Achievable temperature inside: -32°C.

Also available in a -42°C version with a two-stage condensing unit (+19,170 RON). 

The freezer is made from thermally insulated polyurethane sandwich panels with a thickness of 150 mm (walls, ceiling), non-slip floor included, airtight refrigeration door with a thickness of 120 mm and thermal barrier, clear dimensions 900 x 1950 mm, interior aluminum corner profiles, PVC skirting board, exterior corners made of powder-coated sheet metal, max. 6 m long refrigeration line.

The thermal insulation panels and MPM Plast PVC profiles used to cover joints have technical approval for use in the food industry.

Electrical installation included: IP65 lamp, IP65 switch, automation control panel, controls, specialized protection.

It performs forced freezing of goods. For example, 800 kg of wild mushrooms entering at 30°C will be brought to -18°C (internal temperature of the product) in maximum 3 hours, for storage or delivery. Similarly, 8 mobile racks, each with 18 trays of pastry products, will be frozen within a maximum of three hours i.e. the internal temperature of the product will reach -18°C, effectively halting enzymatic activity.

For only 9000 RON + VAT, the volume can be upgraded to 25 m³.

We can also build custom shock freezers, based on your dimensional needs. Any quantity of products can be forcibly cooled in a pre-established time frame. Cooling capacity of up to 250KW.
