Description

System Components:

Two Air Coolers (SC2)

• Minimum cooling capacity: 29,500 W at an evaporation temperature of -10°C for each unit.
• Dimensions: 2560 x 650 x 590 mm.
• Equipped with two or three electric fan motors with a 500 mm minimum blade diameter (depending on the configuration).
• Powered at 400V / 50 Hz, 1440 RPM, models Zhiell Abeg or Weiguang.
• Thermostatic expansion valve with Emerson Alco equalization, with a 15-ton orifice and 250 mm ceiling mounting studs.
• Each air cooler has five defrost heating elements, each with a minimum power output of 1,500 W.

Automation Control Panel

• Eliwell control panel equipped with an IDplus 974 series controller.
• Features 40 A relays/contactors, overvoltage, overcurrent, phase loss, and phase sequence protection.
• It has two NTC sensors for monitoring room and coil temperature (defrost and ventilation control).

Condensing Unit

• Equipped with a semi-hermetic compressor providing a minimum cooling capacity of 65 kW at an evaporation temperature of -10°C.
• Includes an air-cooled condenser, a minimum 20-liter liquid receiver, dual differential pressure switch, 750 g filter drier with 1 1/8" connections, and an electrical junction box.
• Available only in a three-phase version.
• Compressors: Dorin, Frascold, Bitzer, Bock.
• Energy efficiency class A, with a maximum power consumption of 30 kW.

Refrigeration Line

• Maximum length: 6 meters, with 1 1/8" (28 mm) and 1 5/8" (42 mm) copper piping.
• Includes suction line insulation, drain tubing, jacketing (tape-wrapped), electrical cables, and all the necessary installation accessories.

Achieved temperature: +2°C to +6°C.

The price does not include: delivery, installation, commissioning, or tests. These services are available at an additional cost of 17,500 RON + VAT.

System warranty: 24 months.
