Description

System Components:

Two SC3 Air Cooler Units

• Minimum cooling capacity: 14,500 W each at -25°C evaporation temperature.
• Dimensions: 2200 x 600 x 550 mm.
• Equipped with two or three electric fan motors (depending on configuration) with a minimum 450 mm fan blade diameter.
• Powered by 400V / 50 Hz, 1440 RPM.
• Thermostatic expansion valve with Emerson Alco equalization, 10-ton orifice size, and ceiling mounting studs (250 mm).
• Each air cooler includes five defrost heating elements, with a minimum power of 1500 W each.

Eliwell Control Panel

• Equipped with IDplus 974 series controller, 32 A relays/contactors.
• Includes overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, phase loss protection, and phase sequence control.
• Features two NTC sensors for monitoring room and coil temperature (for defrost and ventilation control).

 Condensing Unit

• Equipped with a semi-hermetic compressor, providing a minimum cooling capacity of 30 kW at an evaporation temperature of -25°C.
• Includes an air-cooled condenser, a 16-liter liquid receiver, dual differential pressure switch, a 750 g filter drier with 3/4" connections, and an electrical junction box.
• Available only in a three-phase configuration.
• Compressor options: Dorin, Frascold, Bitzer, Bock.
• Energy efficiency class A, with a maximum power consumption of 24.5 kW.

Refrigeration Line

• 4-meter refrigeration line, with 3/4" and 1.1/2" (19 and 42 mm) copper pipes.
• Includes suction line insulation, drain tube, jacketing, electrical cables, and all necessary installation accessories

Not included in price: delivery, installation, commissioning, and tests: 15,000 RON + VAT.

System warranty: 24 months.

A version with a refurbished compressor, including a 12-month warranty, is also available for just 65,700 RON + VAT.
