Refrigeration System for a 70 Cubic Meter Cold Room

Description

Refrigeration system designed for cold rooms with a capacity of up to 70 cubic meters.

Components:

Air cooler

• Minimum cooling capacity: 6,500 W at an evaporation temperature of -10°C.
• Dimensions: 1350 x 600 x 500 mm.
• Equipped with two electric fan motors, 400 mm blade diameter, powered at 230V / 50 Hz, 1440 RPM, model EBM or a similar one.
• Thermostatic expansion valve with Danfoss/Sporlan equalization, orifice size: 4 or 5 tons, and 180 mm ceiling mounting studs.
• The air cooler includes four defrost heating elements, each with a minimum power output of 1,100 W.

Automation Control Panel:

• Available in metal or ABS (upon request), equipped with EVCO or Eliwell IDplus 9xx series controller.
• Features 25 A relays/contactors, protection against overvoltage, overcurrent, phase failure, and phase sequence (for three-phase units).
• Includes two NTC sensors for monitoring room and coil temperature (defrost and ventilation control).

Condensing Unit

• Equipped with either a hermetic or semi-hermetic compressor with a minimum cooling capacity of 6,500 W at an evaporation temperature of -10°C.
• Includes an air-cooled condenser, minimum 6-liter liquid receiver, differential pressure switch (at least low-pressure control), 250-gram filter drier with 3/8" connections, and an electrical junction box.
• Available in single-phase or three-phase versions.
• Compressor brands: Tecumseh, Copeland, Hitachi, Bock, Dorin, Bitzer.
• Energy efficiency class A for units equipped with Bock compressors, maximum electrical power consumption: 3,500 W.

Refrigeration Line

• 4 meters copper piping: 3/8" (10 mm) and 3/4" (19 mm).
• Includes suction line insulation, drain tubing, jacketing (tape-wrapped), and electrical cables with flare nuts.

Condition: All products are new

We ensure delivery, installation, start-up, and tests for an additional 5,950 RON + VAT.

System warranty: 24 months.
