Refrigeration System for an 85 Cubic Meter Cold Room

Description

Components:

1. Air cooler with a minimum cooling capacity of 7,250 W at an evaporation temperature of -10°C, dimensions 1490 x 560 x 570 mm, equipped with two electric fan motors, with a 400 mm blade diameter, powered at 230V / 50 Hz, 1440 RPM. Includes a thermostatic expansion valve with Danfoss equalization and a No. 5 orifice, with 180 mm ceiling mounting bolts. The air cooler is equipped with five defrost heating elements, each with a power of 1,200 W.

2. Automation Control Panel (Eliwell with IDplus 974 series controller), equipped with 25 A relays/contactors, overcurrent protection, phase loss, and phase sequence protection (in the case of three-phase units). It includes two NTC sensors for monitoring room and coil temperature (defrost and ventilation control).

3. Condensing Unit fitted with a hermetic or semi-hermetic compressor with a minimum cooling capacity of 7,500 W at an evaporation temperature of -10°C. It includes an air-cooled condenser, a minimum 6-liter receiver, a differential pressure switch (at least for low-pressure control), a 250 g filter drier with a 1/2" connection, and an electrical connection box. Available in a three-phase option. Compressor options: Tecumseh, Copeland, Bristol, Dorin, Frascold, Bitzer. Energy efficiency class A, with a maximum power consumption of 3,750 W.

4. Refrigeration Line: 4 meters, including copper pipes (1/2" and 7/8" or 12 mm and 22 mm), suction line insulation, drain tube, jacketing, electrical cables, and flare nuts.

Condition: All products are new.

Delivery, installation, commissioning, and tests are available for an additional 6,000 RON.

System Warranty: 24 months.
