Refrigeration System for a 35 Cubic Meter Cold Room
Description
Achievable temperature inside the room: +2 to +6°C.
Components:
1. Air Cooler Unit with a minimum cooling capacity of 3850 W at an evaporation temperature of -10°C. Dimensions: 1050 x 500 x 450 mm. Equipped with two electric fan motors, featuring a 315 mm blade diameter, powered by a 230V / 50 Hz supply, with a rotation speed of 1440 RPM. The fan model is EBM or a similar one. Includes a thermostatic expansion valve with Danfoss equalization, featuring a 3 or 4-ton orifice, and 180 mm ceiling-mounting bolts. The air cooler is also equipped with three defrost heating elements, each with a minimum power output of 1200 W.
2.Control Panel, available in metal or ABS (upon request), featuring an Eliwell controller from the IDplus 9xx series. Equipped with 16 A relays/contactors, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, phase loss protection, and phase sequence monitoring (for three-phase units). Contains two NTC probes for monitoring room and coil temperature (for defrost and ventilation control).
3.Condensing Unit equipped with a hermetic compressor with a minimum cooling capacity of 3500 W at an evaporation temperature of -10°C. Includes an air-cooled condenser, a minimum 3-liter receiver, a differential pressure switch (providing at least low-pressure control), a 250 g filter drier with 3/8" connections, and an electrical connection box. Available in both single-phase and three-phase versions. Compressor types include Tecumseh, Aspera, Bitzer, and Hitachi. Energy efficiency class A, with a maximum power consumption of 2150 W.
4.Refrigeration Line, 4 meters long, includes copper pipes 3/8" and 3/4" (to 10 mm and 19 mm), insulated suction pipe, drain tube, PVC jacketing, electrical cables, flare nuts.

This system is suitable for refrigeration rooms with capacities between 20 and 35 cubic meters.
Installation, start-up, and testing services are available at an additional cost: 4750 RON + VAT.
