Refrigeration System for a 200 Cubic Meter Cold Room

Description

Complete system designed to maintain a temperature range of +2 to +8 °C in a refrigerated warehouse of up to 200 cubic meters, allowing for the storage of 45 tons of products and a daily turnonver of 20 tons.

Components:

1. Air cooler with a cooling capacity of 20,000 W at -10 °C, dimensions 1850 x 640 x 550 mm, equipped with four fans with a 400 mm blade diameter, powered by 230V / 50 Hz, at 1390 RPM. Brands: Ziehl Abegg or EBM Papst. Includes a thermostatic expansion valve with Alco equalization for 9 tons and 180 mm ceiling mounting bolts. The air cooler is equipped with three defrost heating elements, each with a minimum power of 1500 W.

2.Control Panel: Pego 400 Expert, equipped with 32 A relays/contactors, protective elements for overvoltage, overcurrent, phase loss, and phase sequence (for three-phase scroll compressor systems). Contains two NTC sensors for monitoring chamber temperature and air cooler temperature (for defrost and ventilation control).

3. Refrigeration Unit equipped with a hermetic or semi-hermetic compressor with a cooling capacity of 17,500 W at -10 °C evaporation temperature. Includes an air-cooled condenser, a receiver with a minimum capacity of 10 liters, a differential pressure switch, a 650 g drier filter with a 1/2" connection, and an electrical connection box. Available only in three-phase configuration. Compressor brands: Tecumseh, Copeland, Bristol, Frascold, Bitzer, Dorin. Energy class A, with a maximum electrical power consumption of 7850 W.

4. Refrigeration Line: 4 m of copper pipes measuring 1/2" and 7/8" (12 mm and 22 mm), insulation for the suction line, drain pipe, jacketing, electrical cables, and flare nuts.
