Description

This refrigeration unit is designed for a cold storage room capable of holding up to 22 tons of refrigerated goods, with a 12-ton daily turnover.

Components:

Air cooler

• Cooling capacity: 10,500 W at -10°C
• Dimensions: 1850 x 640 x 550 mm
• Equipped with two fans, each with a 400 mm blade diameter
• Power supply: 230V / 50 Hz, 1390 RPM, made by Ziehl Abegg.
• Thermostatic expansion valve with Danfoss equalization, No. 6 orifice
• Ceiling mounting studs: 180 mm
• The air cooler features three defrost heating elements, each with a minimum power output of 1200 W.

Automation Control Panel

• Pego 300 Expert automation system
• Equipped with 25 A relays/contactors
• Includes overvoltage, overcurrent, phase loss, and phase sequence protection (for scroll-type three-phase units)
• Contains two NTC sensors for monitoring room and coil temperature (defrost and ventilation control).

Condensing Unit

• Cooling capacity: 10,000 W at an evaporation temperature of -10°C
• Equipped with either a hermetic or semi-hermetic compressor
• Features an oversized air-cooled condenser, 6-liter receiver, differential pressure switch, 650 g filter drier with 1/2" connections, and an electrical connection box
• Available only in a three-phase version

Refrigeration Line

• 4 meters copper piping 1/2" and 3/4" diameters (12 mm and 19 mm)
• Includes suction line insulation, drainage pipe, PVC jacketing, and electrical cables, flare nuts.
