The condensing unit includes a compressor, chassis, condenser, electrical connection box, pressure switch, and liquid receiver, and it is installed outside a refrigerated room or application. This unit is a component of the refrigeration system and, only together with the evaporator (air cooler, plate heat exchanger, etc.), expansion valve, filter, and automation panel, can facilitate the cooling of a space or application.
