Blast Chiller - 30 Cubic Meters

Description

Blast chiller with an external volume of 30 cubic meters for rapid/forced cooling of products. External dimensions: 5200 x 3500 x 2450 mm, equipped with a condensing unit 9500W/-10°C, 400V, R404A.

Achievable temperature: -5 to +10°C.

Made from thermally insulated sandwich panels with 100 mm thick polystyrene (walls, ceiling, floor), refrigeration door with a usable width of 900 mm, corner profiles, PVC coving, and skirting board.

The PVC profiles used to cover the joints and corners have technical approval for use in the food industry.

Electrical installation included: IP65 lamp, automation control panel, Carel specialized controls.

The blast chiller is used for forced cooling of thermally processed or fresh products. It also pasteurizes and stabilizes the products, extending their shelf life and preserving their quality.

For only 7500 RON, the volume can be upgraded to 45 cubic meters.

Warranty: 36 months.
