Description

Blast Chiller with an exterior volume of 10 cubic meters, designed for fast or forced cooling of products. External dimensions are 2200 x 2500 x 2350 mm, equipped with a condensing unit rated at 6500W for -10°C, 400V, using R404A refrigerant.

Achievable temperature : -5°C to +5°C.

Made with 100 mm thick polystyrene sandwich panels for insulation. the unit includes insulated walls, ceiling, and floor, as well as a cold room door with a usable width of 900 mm, along with PVC corner profiles, coving and skirting board.

The PVC profiles used to conceal the joints and corners have technical approval for use in the food industry.

The electrical installation includes: IP65 lamp, an automated control panel, and specialized Carel controls.

The blast chiller is used for the forced cooling of thermally processed or fresh products; it pasteurizes and stabilizes the product to increase its shelf life and maintain quality.

For only 4,000 RON, we can upgrade it to 18 cubic meters.

Warranty: 36 months.
