Selecting Desired Products

When you find a product you wish to purchase, click the Add to Cart button. You will then be automatically redirected to the Shopping Cart page, where you can view the list of products in your cart, adjust the quantities you want to purchase, remove one, multiple, or all the items added to the cart. To return to the website and add more products, click the Continue Shopping button.


Shipping Information

To complete your order, click the Submit Order button. If you are a new customer, you will need to create a user account first by filling out the registration form on the page. This process takes no more than a minute, after which you can finalize your order by clicking Submit Order. If your billing information differs from your shipping information, select the option Enter a New Shipping Address and provide the necessary details.


Order Completion

To place your order, select your preferred payment method and use the Order Comments field if you wish to provide any additional information. After ensuring that you agree with the Terms and Conditions, click Submit Order to proceed to the next step.

Depending on your order details and the available options, you may be required to select a shipping method, which could incur additional delivery costs. You will be able to view the shipping fees before finalizing your order.

Please make sure your order has been successfully submitted. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within an hour, please contact a representative at 0745008728 or via email at coldtechserv@gmail.com.

Once you receive an email confirmation stating that your order is "Being Processed", you can find the proforma invoice in the My Account section (top left) on www.coldtech.eu. The invoice will appear as a small red PDF file under Order Details.

The products will be shipped within 24 hours after the payment for the proforma invoice has been received.
