Description
The Emerson/Alco Controls PS3-W6S (PCN 0715567) is a high-pressure safety switch for refrigeration and air conditioning systems, designed to monitor pressure in a high-pressure circuit.
The switch protects compressors and refrigeration circuit components against excessive operating pressures by interrupting the electrical control circuit when system pressure reaches the cut-out threshold of 29 bar. The control resets automatically once system pressure drops to approximately 23 bar.
Differential: 6 bar
Reset: Automatic
Ambient operating temperature: -40°C to +70°C
Maximum temperature at pressure connection: 150°C
Pressure connection: 7/16"-20 female
Function: High-pressure protection
