Description

Cold Storage Warehouse for refrigeration with usable dimensions: 4600 x 11200 x 2400 mm, made from 100 mm thick polyurethane sandwich panels. It is equipped with a condensing unit rated at 12,500W for -10°C, 400V, using R449A refrigerant, featuring a Copeland Scroll or Bitzer compressor. The maximum storage capacity at refrigeration temperature is 30 tons, allowing for a daily turnover of 10 tons.

The temperature maintained within the warehouse ranges from -2°C to +5°C.

The price includes: 100 mm thick polyurethane insulated panels, an insulated non-slip floor made from 40 mm PUR panels topped with 20 mm Tego Premium, a 950 x 1950 x 100 mm cold room door, PVC skirting board, and coving suitable for food storage areas, assembly accessories, condensing unit, 15.95 kW air cooler with automatic defrost, max. 6 meters long refrigeration line, and an exterior superstructure equipped with a roof with a 12% slope. 

This refrigerated container is disassembled and can be installed outdoors, but it cannot be transported.

The electrical installation includes: 4 x IP65 lamps, an IP65 switch, an automated control panel, controls, and special protection against phase loss or phase reversal.

For only 8,950 RON, we can upgrade it to 150 m³.

Warranty: 24 months. 

Condition: All the components used to make this product are new.
