Cold Room Refrigeration System | 60 m³

Refrigeration system for cold rooms with a volume of up to 60 cubic meters.

Achievable room temperature: 0 to +6°C.

The system is made up of:

1. Air cooler with a minimum cooling capacity of 5,950 W at -10°C evaporating temperature, dimensions 1350 x 600 x 500 mm, equipped with two electric fans (400 mm blade diameter, power supply 230V / 50 Hz, 1440 RPM, EBM or a similar model), Danfoss / Sporlan thermostatic expansion valve with internal/external equalization (orifice size 4 or 5 tons), and 180 mm ceiling mounting studs. The evaporator includes four defrost heaters with a minimum capacity of 1,100 W each.
2. Metal or ABS (upon request), EVCO or Eliwell control panel, equipped with an IDplus 9xx series controller. The panel is fitted with 25A relays, overvoltage, overcurrent, phase failure, and phase sequence errors (for three-phase units) protection. It includes 2 NTC probes: one for room temperature and one for evaporator coil temperature (defrost and fan control).
3. Condensing unit equipped with a hermetic or semi-hermetic compressor with a minimum cooling capacity of 5,950 W at -10°C evaporating temperature. Features a high-airflow condenser coil, minimum 6-liter liquid receiver, differential pressure switch (low-pressure control), 250 g filter-drier with 3/8" connection, and an electrical junction box. Available in single-phase or three-phase versions. Compressor brands: Tecumseh, Copeland, Hitachi, Bock, Dorin, Bitzer. Energy Class A for units with Bock compressors, maximum power consumption 3,000 W.
4. 4-meter refrigeration line, 3/8" and 3/4" copper pipes (10 and 19 mm), suction line insulation, drain tube, wrapping tape, electrical cables, and flare nuts.
